Wilmington Boys & Girls Club

1. Install cabinetry approximately 165 linear feet built-in cabinets and 115 linear feet of counter tops in the arts and crafts room, graphic arts room, computer room, cyber café, games room, reception area & music & dance studio.
2. Install permanent kitchen fixtures & equipment including utility sinks, microwave oven and dish washing machine and built-in refrigerator in the cyber café.
3. Install 40 linear feet partition to create two usable program spaces for the dance studio and gamesroom. Install 80 linear feet of acoustic sound panels in games room.
4. Install 5 LED track lights and fixtures in the games room and music and dance studios.
5. Install 25 interior room signs and 4 exterior identification signs along Figueroa and on Q Street.
6. Install 5 window and skylight coverings in the games room, music room and multimedia room.
7. Install 1,408 sq. ft of wood flooring for dance studio area.
8. Install 20 linear feet of mirrored walls in the dance studio.
9. Install new t-bar ceiling, replace 15 light fixtures, 30 linear feet of window coverings and flooring and paint for the 1,200 sq. ft teen center conference room.
10. Approximately 21,300 sq. ft. of exterior elastomeric coating, primer and paint.
11. Install approximately 5,500 sq. ft. of landscape with drought resistant plants and shade trees and modify portions of irrigation system in the open space on site.
12. Modify hardscape in front, rear and sides of the building to include 1,000 sq. ft. pavers, approximately 130 linear feet of retainer walls for the landscaping areas and 15 linear feet of truncated domes as per the Public Works Department’s street dedication requirements. 
13. The Club will accept bids from licensed general contractors for the total scope or from licensed subcontractors for individual work items.
