UDC Principal Sherri Franklin serves as the lead for the development and implementation of capital procurement, project management and planning services for infrastructure, transit, economic development and facility projects. Ms. Franklin manages the development of grant proposal narratives and proforma analysis. She also interfaces with project team members, government representatives and departments to ensure that project information is procured and developed in accordance with project requirements.
UDC Principal T. Van Scott focuses on the development of the proforma analysis, development of budget narratives, milestone timelines and funder threshold analysis for housing and economic development projects. He also manages the contractor and consultant bid process.
Technical Consultant Wanda Knight manages contract compliance, data analysis and technological integration of information for capital projects.
Contract Manager Griffin Wright researches and gathers relevant information from various agencies in order to prepare grant applications and facilitate contract compliance for capital projects. He prepares grant application forms, develops budget and cost estimates in consultation with the development team, manages the proposal formation process, tracks tasks and coordinates team meetings.
